- 1tblsp olive oil
- 2 handfuls finely sliced fennel
- 16 pink grapefruit segments
- 16 mint leaves
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3-4 tblsp lemon infused olive oil
- 4 anchovies,finely diced
- 1 long red chilli, finley sliced
- 2-3 handfuls water crease leaves
- fennel seed AND pepper spice MIX
- 100g[31/2oz] fennel seeds
- 30g[1oz]black pepper corns
- 15g[1/2oz]sea salt
