• 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
• 1 cup milk (any kind will work)
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (I use both)
• salsa & sour cream if desired

This Dish Is So Quick And Easy. My Kids LOVE It Too! Add A Can Of Green Chillies, Chopped, For Added Zing. Serve W/ Salsa & Sour Cream Or Shredded Lettuce Or Other Favorite Toppings!
