- 8 cups of fresh cold water
- 2 cups of chablis
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 generous tablespoon of curry powder (fresh and best quality)
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Plain steamed rice
