- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream (not lite)
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated romano cheese
- Tobasco sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- garnish with freshly chopped or fresh sprigs of parsley
