Ingredients
- 3 tblspns vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic - thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root - chopped fine
- 2 red chillies - chopped fine
- 4 oz ham - sliced into thin strips
- 1 boneless chicken breast - sliced into thin strips
- 16 uncooked tiger prawns - peeled & deveined. tails left on
- 4 oz fresh green beans
- 8 oz bean sprouts
- 2 oz chives (garlic chives if you can get them)
- 1 lb Chinese egg noodles - cooked in boiling water til tender
- 2 tblspns soy sauce
- 1 tblspn oyster sauce
- salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tblspn sesame oil
- 2 spring onions for garnish
