- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup pepperjack cheese
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil for frying
Description
I Made These Using Some Of The Leftover Rice Mixture From My Stuffed Peppers Recipe And I Really Loved How They Turned Out. These Can Be An Easy Appetizer, A Side, Or A Nice Light Main Dish Paired With A Salad.
