- 3 cups GF oatmeal,quick cooking or rolled
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts,walnuts pecans,or almonds etc
- 1/2 cup crushed corn or rice chex cereal
- 1/3 cup honey ( I use half honey,half pure maple syrup )
- 1/2 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbls. warm water
- 1/2 Tsp.salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
