- 1/4 cup lime juice
Gingered Basmati rice:
- 1/4 cup carrot, small dice
- 1/4 cup celery, small dice
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, small dice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
Stir-Fried Vegetables:
- 1/2 cup zucchini squash, julienne
- 1/2 cup yellow squash, julienne
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienne
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers julienne
- Oil or butter
Lemongrass-Panko Crust:
- 2 cups panko
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tablespoons dried lemongrass
Chili Oil:
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 4 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets
