Ingredients

Tomato sauce:

  • 3 large vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 2 fresh flounder fillets per person, about 4 to 5 ounces per person
