Lavash Crackers

Ingredients

  1. 1 envelope active dry yeast
  2. 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  3. 4 cups bread flour
  4. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 2 tablespoons honey
  6. Kosher salt
  7. Vegetable oil, for rubbing
  8. 1 tablespoon each of za’atar, sesame seeds and poppy seeds for sprinkling (see Note)
