Ingredients

  1. 4large egg whites
  2. 1/8teaspoon cream of tartar
  3. 1cup granulated sugar
  4. 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 1/3cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  6. 4large ripe passion fruits, halved
  7. 2 kiwis—peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  8. 1small mango, peeled and thinly sliced
