  2. 1 1/2pounds ground pork
  3. 1large garlic clove, minced
  4. 2teaspoons finely chopped thyme
  5. 1teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1/2teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  7. Four 1/2-inch-thick red onion slices
  8. Olive oil, for drizzling
  9. 4hamburger buns or ciabatta rolls
  10. 2tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  11. 6ounces Camembert, cut into eight 1/3-inch-thick slices
  12. 2ounces Gorgonzola cheese, cut into four 1/3-inch-thick slices
  13. Arugula and 4 tomato slices
