  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  11. Freshly ground pepper
  12. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  13. Four 1/2-inch-thick slices of pastrami (about 1 1/4 pounds)
  14. 4 slices rye bread
  15. 1/4 pound sliced Swiss cheese
