  4. 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
  5. 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  6. 1/4 pound French feta cheese, crumbled
  7. Salsa Verde
  8. 1/2 lemon
  9. Freshly ground pepper
  10. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  11. Kosher salt
  12. Lima Bean Puree
  13. 1 bunch dandelion or arugula
