  7. 3/4 pound ground sirloin, at room temperature
  8. 3/4 pound ground chuck, at room temperature
  9. 4 hamburger buns
  10. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  11. Vegetable oil, for brushing
  12. 4 Boston lettuce leaves
