  7. 1 cup water
  8. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  9. 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  10. Buttery Baked Pie Shell

TOPPING

  1. 5 large egg whites
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons water
  4. Pinch of salt
