  • 2 teaspoons Indian curry powder
  • 6 ounces Cantonese roast pork or thick slice of ham, diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 sprigs cilantro, trimmed
