    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/4 cup lager (mild-flavored beer)
    • 1 large egg
    • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
