- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ROASTED POBLANO SAUCE:
- 2 green Poblanos, roasted, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise (homemade or prepared)
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup snipped chives
- 1/2 red and yellow brunoise peppers
