1 fresh lemon juice, per fruit , freshly squeezed (up to 2 lemons)
0.25 cup Zsweet all natural sweetener (up to 1/2 cup based on preferences)
0.5 tsp nutmeg, ground
0.5 cup ground cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
