Ingredients

3 oz fresh green onions , divided
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
3 cup fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped , seeded (about 1 1/2 lbs)
1 cup Sorrel, Jamaican/red, fresh , coarsely chopped
2 cup fat free milk
2 cup low sodium vegetable broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste
1.5 cup Croutons, seasoned, cubes , herbed
