Ingredients


2 teaspoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 teaspoons light brown sugar

1 teaspoon canola oil

1 lb. Taste of Inspirations Stir Fry chicken breast

1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 each Red bell pepper, chopped

1 (12 oz.) pkg prepared Fresh broccoli florets (found in Produce)

1/4 cup water

1 (12 oz.) pkg precooked brown rice, microwavable (about 4 cups cooked rice)

2/3 cup roasted, unsalted cashew

3 each scallions, thinly sliced
