2 each racks Southern-style pork rib (about 11/2 lbs. per rack)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 each Garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper, or to taste
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
