  • 1 12 teaspoons Baking Soda, Aluminum Free if possible
  • 1 12 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder, Aluminum Free if possible
  • 4 tablespoons Shredded Coconut, Use organic sulfite free coconut
  • 13 cup Arrowroot Flour
  • 12 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 12 cup Sweet Rice Flour
  • 34 cup Sorghum Flour
  • 1 12 cups Brown Rice Flour
  • 2 14 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 12 cup Vegetable Shortening, Palm Shortening is an excellent alternative
  • 2 Eggs
