- 4 tablespoons Shredded Coconut, Use organic sulfite free coconut
- 1⁄3 cup Arrowroot Flour
- 1⁄2 cup Tapioca Starch
- 1⁄2 cup Sweet Rice Flour
- 3⁄4 cup Sorghum Flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 2 1⁄4 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Shortening, Palm Shortening is an excellent alternative
- 2 Eggs
