- 1⁄2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cold Water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3 large Egg White
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 cups Peanut Oil, you can use safflower oil if you prefer
