Ingredients

  • 3 Red Onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, peeled and halved
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 14 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 18 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, adjust to your taste
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 cups Beef Stock, unsalted or low salt
  • 1 cup Ketchup, heinz
  • 1 cup Chili Sauce, heinz
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, dark or light
  • 8 pounds Beef Brisket, 8-10 pounds
