Hak’s Bbq Benedict By Sharone Hakman

Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg
  • 1 small Jalapeno Pepper, about 1 tablespoon minced
  • 12 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, 1/2 tsp each
  • 2 Eggs
  • 14 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Corn, kernals, preferably grilled, then sliced from the ear of corn
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce, hak's
  • 1 package Thick Cut Bacon, cooked
  • 2 Avocados, ripe
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
