Ingredients

  • 4 whole Egg White

  • 1 cup Caster Sugar, or Confectioner's sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla, or lemon juice
  • Parchment Paper, to line the baking tray.
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 whole Kiwi
  • 1 Passion Fruit
  • 1 Peach, sliced (optional)
  • 6 Strawberries, halved

This Is An Australian Recipe For Pavlova That We've Used For Years. The Outside Is A Crisp Crunchy Meringue Shell With A Soft Moist Interior.
