  • 2 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Hummus
  • 1 teaspoon Stone Ground Mustard
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 13 cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 12 cup Broccoli, chopped small
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 cup Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas)
  • 12 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce, or Tamari
  • Mixed Salad Greens, enough for 4-6 people
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
