Master Sweet Muffins


  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour, Sifted
  • 2 12 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • GROUP 1: SPICE, (optional) 1 teaspoon of your favorite spice. Try cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, or any other spices you like.
  • 12 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • GROUP 2: EXTRACT, (optional) 1 teaspoon of your favorite extract. You probably only need a spice OR an extract, but feel free to experiment using both
  • GROUP 3: MOIST, (REQUIRED) 1 1/2 cup moist fruit (bananas, peaches, pears, berries, etc) OR 1 cup really moist fruit (applesauce, fruit butter, etc) OR 1 cup not-so-moist fruit and 1/4 cup liquid (try apples and cider, or zucchini and milk, or carrots and milk, etc)
  • GROUP 4: DRY, (optional) 1/4 – 1/2 dry ingredients (dried fruit, oatmeal, seeds, ground nuts, etc)
