Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, washed, ends trimmed, cut in halves
  • 3 tablespoons Mirin, (japanese rice wine) i used rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 7 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • Toasted Sesame Oil
