- 1⁄2 small Onion, cut into rings or 1/2" pcs
- 3 large Celery Stalk, cut diagonally into 2" cuts
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (less if you don't like spicy)
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 cups Brown Rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons Bean Flour
- 1⁄2 cup Half and Half Cream, or buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons Mung Bean Sprouts, (optional) or chopped green onion tops, fresh or dry unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional) or chopped egg, chopped walnuts, or currants
