Slowdown Crockpot Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Thigh, (or other chicken parts of choice)
  • 12 small Onion, cut into rings or 1/2" pcs
  • 3 large Celery Stalk, cut diagonally into 2" cuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (less if you don't like spicy)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 cups Brown Rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Bean Flour
  • 12 cup Half and Half Cream, or buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons Mung Bean Sprouts, (optional) or chopped green onion tops, fresh or dry unsweetened coconut
  • 2 teaspoons Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (optional) or chopped egg, chopped walnuts, or currants
