  • 14 cup Hazelnuts, If you can get these toasted, it will save you a step
  • 13 cup Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 18 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 13 cup Brown Sugar, (or more white sugar)
  • 14 cup Instant Espresso Coffee, (that's 1/4 cup liquid, not 1/4 cup of the poder)
  • 12 cup White Sugar
  • 14 cup White Sugar
  • 34 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips, Bittersweet also ok.
  • Raspberry Jam, Seedless.
