  • 34 cup Dried Plain Bread Crumbs, ideally fresh and dried in the oven, but store bought dried breadcrumbs are fine
  • 12 cup Roasted Tomatoes
  • 12 small White Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 34 cup Dry White Wine or Dry White Vermouth
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Fresh Spinach
  • 14 can Sherry Vinegar
