  • 1 cup Water

  • 13 pound Elbow Macaroni Pasta, (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 14 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 12 ounces Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated (about 3/4 cup)
