Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Turkey Breast
  • 12 cup Apricot Jam, or 1/2 cup pureed fresh apricots, or 8 dried apricots
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 12 cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Ground Rosemary
  • 1 head Cauliflower, steamed and then mashed like potatoes
  • 1 head Broccoli, steamed, or other green veggie of choice
