- 2 cups Vegetables, (any combination of the following): mung bean sprouts, cucumbers (peeled, seeded, and sliced into half-moons), red bell pepper (chopped or cut into thin strips), snow peas (whole or cut in half), carrots (chopped or julienned), broccoli florets
