- 1 1⁄2 cups Grated Parmesan, (i have used white cheddar also)
- 3 pinches Salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- Garlic Salt
- Dried Parsley
- Dried Oregano
- 3 whole Egg
- 3 cups Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 cups Tomato Paste
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 3 cups Ground Beef, or pork (seasoned with sausage spices if desired), or shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup Sliced Pepperoni
- 1⁄2 Red Onion, sliced or diced as desired
- 1⁄2 Green Bell Pepper, or other type preferred, slice or dice as desired
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives
- 1 can Canned Pineapple Chunks
- 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
