Ingredients

  • 12 clove Minced Garlic, Peel one half clove garlic and mince

  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
  • 3 pinches Pepper
  • 12 ounces Gnocchi, Fresh gnocchi are best and are becoming easy to find.
  • 8 ounces Gorgonzola, Shred or make into fairly small crumbles
  • 14 cup Raw Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Egg, yolk only
