  • 1 12 ounces Pancetta, or bacon (about 2 slices), diced into pieces 1 inch long, 1/8-inch wide
  • 1 cup White Mushroom, sliced
  • 2 medium Garlic Clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 34 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cut into 4 pieces, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 12 pound Pasta, (used linguine), cooked according to package instructions **use GF as necessary
