  • 2 pounds Cod Fillet, cut into large chunks
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 large Broccoli Florettes, cut into small bite size chunks
  • 6 ounces Spinach
  • 4 teaspoons Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
