  • 12 cup Corn Meal
  • 2 cups White Rice Flour
  • 12 cup Cornstarch
  • 12 cup Potato Starch
  • 3 tablespoons Instant Dry Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Xanthum Gum
  • 1 12 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetarian Refried Beans, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 14 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  • 23 cup Water, + 2 Tbsp
  • 2 packages Low-fat Cream Cheese, (8 oz packages)
  • 2 jars Salsa, (16 oz jars) extra liquid drained off
  • 8 ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, or cheddar

Description

This One Is Inspired By My Love Of Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, I Changed It Up To Be More Spicy Because In My Opinion That Is What Is Missing From Taco Bells.
