- 1 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup Water, + 2 Tbsp
- 2 packages Low-fat Cream Cheese, (8 oz packages)
- 2 jars Salsa, (16 oz jars) extra liquid drained off
- 8 ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, or cheddar
