  • 12 Onion, 1/2 small onion sliced
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 12 cup White Wine
  • 1 Fresh Bay Leaf
  • 1 pound Salmon Fillet
  • 1 12 cups Green Beans, sliced, or use asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 1 Grated Lemon Zest
  • 4 cups Salad Greens, washed and spun dry
  • 14 Red Onion, sliced into thin crescents
  • 6 Sun Dried Tomatoes, oil packed, drained and cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 12 teaspoon Sea Salt
