  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1 Celery, diced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 Scallion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 small Cucumber, diced
  • 12 Lemon, juiced
  • 14 cup Olive Oil
  • 14 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • dash Cayenne Pepper
  • dash Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
