2 each ribeye steak (12 ounce each) 
4 each garlic cloves 
2 teaspoon shallots 
2 tablespoon vidalia or other sweet onion 
1/2 teaspoon tarragon -- fresh
1/2 teaspoon parsley 
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
8 ounces Guinness Stout Beer,  room temperature 
1/4 cup soy sauce 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper -- coarse grind
1/4 teaspoon salt
