1 teaspoon Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
sea salt and pepper to taste


2 cups orzo, cooked (follow directions on package)
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
