1-1/3 cups Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
3 cups couscous, uncooked
1 cup pearl onions, roasted
1 cup plum tomatoes, grilled, chopped
1 cup eggplant, grilled, julienned
1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
1 cup canned cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup zucchini, grilled, julienned
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, drained, diced
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
2 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
To taste salt and black pepper
