2 1/2 cups or 20 oz., Canned light or regular coconut milk, heated



Rub

3/4 cup Cumin seeds

1/3 cup Curry powder

3 Tbsp. Chili powder

2 Tbsp. Ground allspice

2 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper

2 Tbsp. Garlic salt

2 tsp. Cracked black pepper

1 tsp. Cinnamon



24 (6 oz. ea.) or 9 lb., Alaska Pollock fillets, thawed if necessary

1 1/2 cups Toasted coconut, if desired
