Ingredients

1 can (14.75 oz. each) or 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) traditional pack Alaska salmon or 2 cans or pouches (6 to 7.1 oz. each) skinless, boneless salmon

1 pinch garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

cup finely sliced green onions

8 cups torn red leaf or Romaine lettuce

2 medium tomatoes, diced

medium red onion, sliced in strips

cup slivered large basil leaves

cup pecan halves, lightly toasted

1 medium orange, segmented or 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin
orange slices

GORGONZOLA DRESSING

cup mayonnaise

cup sour cream

teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

cup milk

1 teaspoon minced garlic

cup Gorgonzola or Blue cheese, crumbled

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
