•1Can lychee, drained, syrup reserved
•1tsp red chilli flakes
•sliced spring onion and red chilli (for garnish)

Sauce
•1 cup lychee syrup
•2tbsps tomato sauce
•1tbsp corn flour, mixed with 1tbsp water
